In order to prepare students for postsecondary coursework, students are taught by highly qualified teachers. Additionally, teachers of H.S. English and H.S. Math are college/ university-approved adjunct professors. All of the core classes fulfill college course prerequisites and the curriculum is aligned to the community college developmental education courses. Our program scaffolds students matriculation into college beginning freshman year. All freshman participate in AAA 109, a credit bearing college course that focuses on college success strategies. As students progress with their coursework they participate in developmental education courses which are taught on our campus, comprised of our students and taught by our adjunct professors. Once students have demonstrated competency, they are able to continue with college level courses.
